Hilary Padmore
After a varied and successful career in IT project management, working for both the public and private sectors in the UK and abroad, (East & West Europe, India, Africa, Russia), Hilary studied for a postgraduate diploma in Careers Guidance at the University of East London. For the past five years she has been working as a careers advisor in a variety of settings, including a housing charity, adult education, the Connexions Service for young people and Tendis. She specialises in one-to-one working with clients, over a period of time, coaching and mentoring them through career change, return to employment, personal skills analysis and then the practicalities of securing employment, including job search, CV writing and interview techniques.
