Paul Jamieson has over 18 years experience as an independent training and development consultant and executive coach. He specialises in interactive and experiential learning and development. He has designed, written and led programmes both in the public and private sectors, covering areas such as Inspirational Leadership, Change Management, Diversity, Team Building, Media Management and Personal Coaching for a wide range of clients.
As well as working in the UK, Paul co-designed and led a four-day leadership programme in China and Malaysia, over a five-year period for BP. The specific focus of the programme was on decision making and leading across different cultures. The programme subsequently won a BP Helios Award. He also co-designed and led an inspirational leadership programme for GSK in the US and Europe. Two of his programmes have been nominated for ‘Arts In Business’ training awards. He has also been nominated for a CBI Human Capital Award.
