In August 2010, Tendis was commissioned to deliver the School Gates Employment Support Initiative on White City Estate. The project, a partnership with Jobcentre Plus, Hammersmith and Fulham Children's Services and Canberra School, works to identify and deliver effective engagement mechanisms for parents from the White City primary school cluster, supporting them to engage with provision, explore options and access services which will enable them to address barriers and move towards and into employment.
