Following the opening of Westfield London, Tendis worked with the Whitecity Works Partners: London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Jobcentre Plus, Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College and Westfield London to develop Work Zone. A National Skills Academy based in the new library at the shopping centre, Work Zone capitalises on the jobs 'churn' of acround 3,000 vacancies per annum, providing a one stop recruitment and training facility dedicated to helping job seekers find jobs and skills training and helping employers to advertise, recruit and access training and support for their staff.
