In April 2009, Tendis, working in partnership with Notting Hill Housing Trust, secured funding from the London Councils ESF programme to deliver the Links2Work project. The project provides employment support for economically inactive (not working and not claiming JSA) West London residents from predominately non-white BAME groups, with a focus on the long-term unemployed and those who live in social housing.
