In October 2010, Tendis secured funding from Hammersmith and Fulham Council to deliver Work Ladder, an employment support service for borough residents, designed to work in partnership with a range of complementary services, including advice agencies, to provide a 'joined-up' pathway to economic well-being for borough residents. Work Ladder currently works closely with Hammersmith & Fulham Citizen's Advice Bureau and Work Zone at Westfield London to ensure residents access an appropriate and personalised package of interventions, including support with debt and the development of money management skills, as they move into employment.
