Tendis is currently working with groups of parents offering a short 'Introduction to Enterprise' workshop, which enables them to explore various options of working for themselves, to develop skills and generate an income.

The course explores a range of enterprise options from developing a small community project, through to  franchising, self- employment and setting up a partnership or limited company. 

Participants are encouraged to consider what is involved in developing an enterprise idea in terms of  their personal commitment and skills and what they can realistically expect to achieve.

Those who wish to develop ideas further are given practical exercises to help them evaluate their
